About Vannie Nicholson

Atlanta may not be where Vannie was born, but it’s definitely where her heart and roots are. A proud metro Atlanta resident for over 40 years, she’s called everywhere from Cobb County to in-town Atlanta home, to Cherokee County. After her family relocated from Kansas, Vannie grew up in Cobb County, later moving into the city while attending Georgia State University, where she earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Business . She and her husband have spent nearly 20 years in Cherokee County—giving her first-hand insight into the unique character and lifestyle of Atlanta’s many communities.

Vannie’s professional foundation began in customer service, waiting tables and bartending her way through high school and college—skills that taught her how to truly listen, connect, and deliver. She then worked her way up as a Senior Account Manager in the trade show marketing industry with experience in client management, project management, negotiations, creative marketing, and strategic planning. In 2015, she combined her love of people, sales expertise, and marketing to launch her dream career in real estate and has been lucky enough to building.

Today, Vannie helps buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners navigate the Atlanta housing and commercial markets.
